Stress Remaja

Bila Diri Ini Didatangi Oleh Stress
1st  : Get some exercise. Like dance, jog or anything.
2nd : Phone a friend. Talk or share your problem.
3rd  : Eat something. Means bukan racun.
4th  : Reading.
5th  : Get out into nature.




6th : Spend time with someone you like.
7th : Make yourself enjoy.
8th  : Meet counselor.
9th  : Sleep. Sleep. Sleep. zzz..
10th : Have a good cry.
